Episode 24: The Most Dangerous Question

In Ep 24, we complete our reading of Section 19. We discuss the life of those who sacrifice themselves in the preparation for the other beginning, meditation on the self as the bringing of selfhood into decision, the constant emergence of the “always still other,” the pitfalls of the cult of the machinated personality, and the importance of remembering that “the question of who we are (which is the most dangerous question) must remain purely and fully incorporated into the asking of the basic question: how does beyng essentially occur?” We conclude by discussing the ways in which liberal science degrades and suppresses the unique self and the possibilities of de-learning that can liberate us from the enforced fear-based leveling into the lowest common depreciator.
